Programs we offer
Building strength is what LIFT is all about. On our strength training days, we will first work on our deadlift, bench press, and squats. From there we will work on all other accessory work to build muscle and strength!
Metcon, (Metabolic Conditioning), days are to find your limits and push past them. These workouts are high intensity and will get your heart pumping! They are meant to build strength and endurance all while getting a big calorie burn!
Every couple of months we will be choosing a book to read as a group. We'll meet once a week to discuss our thoughts. A schedule for meetings will be posted once dates are decided on.
