As sure as I am that the sun will rise, I know that we'll be seeing Katie walk through our doors at least 4-5 times a week.


Her self discipline is remarkable and it really shines! Its fun watching her grind through each workout with such determination! (Even the extra fun ones!)


She's never afraid to try some of the crazy things we come up with...Even when I catch her giving me the stink eye, she still pushes forward with that days workout. #sorrynotsorry


Katie, you're an amazing person and we're happy that you're part of the LIFT family! For being a busy teacher, you sure get your 'homework' in. :) Let's KILL 2020!


Q. How long have you been training at LIFT?

A. Since May, 2019


Q. What made you decide to try LIFT?

A. I knew Katie from another gym and loved her energy, knowledge, and kind personality so that drew me in!


Q. In your opinion, what makes LIFT different than any other gym?

A. You can come in and do the work out anytime and at whatever pace you need! Every day the work out is new so you never know what to expect, which keeps things fun! Matt and Katie are beyond helpful and know how to challenge, but not pressure you on things, and will always switch things up if you need to do something else!


Q. What has been your biggest accomplishment since joining?

A. Being able to lift heavier and having motivation to go more days a week because I never know what I’ll be doing that day.


Q. What are some of your goals that you wish to achieve in the next 6 months?

A. Continue to get stronger, keep a positive attitude, and grow in my LIFT journey.


Q. What is something you'd tell someone just joining LIFT?

A. You won't regret your decision to join! Katie and Matt know how to make things fun, and you'll always walk away knowing you got a good work out in!


Q. If there was a workout that you could make your trainers do, what exercises would it include?

A. One of the things I like about Katie and Matt is they would do any of their own workouts right alongside you, so there's nothing specific I'd like to see them do because then we'd probably be doing it too!


Q. Any additional things you'd like to share?

A. One of the greatest decisions in my work out journey was joining LIFT.  If you're considering a new gym look no further, the trainers are great, the people are so friendly, and you will never feel any judgement- everyone should at least give this place a try!
